We do not provide transportation and are not a transport carrier.
Drivers/partners are independent contractors.

- all activity under your account
Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts at our discretion.
4. Booking & Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, service class, and demand.
Prices may change before confirmation.
Payments may be:
- in-app
- directly to the driver
5. Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and driver arrival.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- damage vehicles
- threaten drivers
- use illegal substances
- request illegal transport
Violation
Violation → account ban.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- delays
- accidents
- loss of items
- driver behavior
Transport Responsibility
Transport responsibility lies with the independent provider.

We may suspend or terminate access anytime.
